Close to My Heart Dotty for You Card with Scraps

I created this card with some scraps I had left after my Just Because cards for a quick birthday card I needed. I think it came out pretty good for last minute inspiration.

    Thanks Teresa! I love texture and distressing. I sometimes have to remind myself "less is more" to keep from overusing the techniques.
